Singer / Songwriter Tracy Walton of Litchfield County
Tracy Walton's deep, gritty voice cuts through the melody giving
way to a strong, expressive performance. His lyrics often take you down
lonely roads but they also shine a light on a place where hope and love
have possibilities.
At a young age, singer-songwriter, Tracy Walton struggled as a guitar / bass player with a string of punk and hard rock bands. In later years, he was not afraid to re-invent himself in the Jazz genre before later returning to a more controlled delivery of his rock roots in the process of perfecting his craft.
Today, he comes from that experience with an ability to blend many styles into something all his own. The voice is salty and the lyrics will jolt you like a shot of tequila but the music goes down smooth like a fine bourbon whiskey.
After launching his solo career Tracy was nominated as "Male Performer of the Year New" in this years {New England Music Awards}. He is really excited about the nomination and hopes it will open even more doors to venues throughout New England.
